Yesterday, our team visited the GTI Expo.
Our main purpose was not to promote ourselves, but to meet customers we are already working with and gain a better understanding of the latest needs and developments in the amusement industry.
As an RFID hardware manufacturer, we understand chips, materials, product structures and production processes. But understanding our own products is not enough.
An RFID wristband, membership card or countdown device will eventually become part of a customer's daily operations. How do visitors enter a venue? How are play sessions managed? What difficulties do staff face during busy periods? Where could the current process be made easier?
These questions cannot be answered from the factory alone.
At the exhibition, we spoke with customers about their current projects and operational needs. We also brought samples to customers with whom we had already been discussing specific products, allowing them to examine and test the products in person.
For us, visiting an industry exhibition is not only about seeing new amusement equipment. It is an opportunity to step into our customers' world and understand how their businesses and requirements are changing.
We manufacture RFID hardware, but we care about more than the hardware itself.
By continuing to learn about our customers’ industries, workflows and real operational challenges, we can make better product recommendations and develop hardware that works more effectively in actual applications.
